Matthew Young

Founder & CEO

Matthew is originally from the UK, where he spent his time since 2000 working as a property manager, expert in the management of jointly owned property and individual tenancies. During his career he has managed in excess of 5,000 units across nearly 200 buildings.

He is a Fellow of TPI, which is the highest award that the Institute can confer on its members, and awarded for his unique contribution to the industry, having established the first Law firm in the UK to be regulated to manage apartment buildings. He is also an Associate of RICS.

Since arriving in Dubai he has worked as a Real Estate Broker but more recently as the Manager of Snagging & Handover Management Services for Land Stirling, a firm of Chartered Surveyors in the Dubai.

During his time there, he honed his skills building large teams of people for large contracts with some of Dubai’s biggest developers having reached AED 6mm of sales in 14 months taking his department from 4 shared resources to 38 dedicated resources within the first 6 months.
